The following tables summarise the frequently used codes by general practitioners and allied health professionals who see patients subject to the NSW Workers Compensation and CTP schemes.
The following charges for services are applicable from 1 January 2017 onward. All amounts are exclusive of GST, if applicable.

Background
September 2015 brought on a raft of governmental changes that impacted how medical and allied health practitioners interacted with injury claimants, subject to the workers compensation and motor vehicle accident schemes.

The separation of these insurance functions was recommended in various inquiries into WorkCover to address any conflict of interest between the insurance regulatory and insurance service delivery functions.
So remember, you need to refer to iCare, as WorkCover doesn’t exist anymore.
